Produced at the foot of Mt Fuji and cultivated in its rich soil, nourished by its volcanic nutrients. Mikazuki (crescent moon) has an astringent taste with a scent of wood that leaves a fresh aftertaste.
It is best consumed warm, early in the morning, for little moments of relaxation and inner calm before a long day.
